　　In the evening of August 30. 2010. Yin Mou went for a walk in the nearby ecological park and passed by the entrance of the hotel run by Yu Mou, because the hotel air conditioner dripping water led to the hotel doorway slippery, Yin Mou accidentally slipped and fell, resulting in leg injuries, and was later sent to the hospital for treatment.

　　In April 2014. Yin accidentally sprained the same leg and caused a fracture, which was then treated in hospital by Yin. After the identification, Yin was found to have post-operative necrosis of the left femoral head, and there was a direct causal relationship between this injury and the trauma on the night of August 30. 2010. Therefore, after the treatment was completed, Yin filed a lawsuit in court, demanding that Yu pay more than 260.000 yuan in disability compensation.

　　Yu argued that Yin's lawsuit was time-barred and that the direct cause of Yin's major surgery in 2017 was Yin's own re-fall resulting in a fracture on the same leg, and that Yu was not obligated to pay compensation.

　　After hearing, the Wujiang court held that Yinmou did not treat the end of the first prosecution, and it has the right to sue for the costs incurred later and the corresponding losses.

　　As a hotel operator, Yu has the obligation to ensure the safety of the hotel entrance channel, because Yu failed to remove the dripping water generated by the hotel air conditioner in a timely manner, resulting in Yin slipped and injured through the hotel entrance channel, it should bear the corresponding responsibility. But Yinmou is a walk after dinner, should be familiar with the surrounding environment, know that the hotel entrance is relatively crowded in the evening; and Yinmou is not a consumer of the hotel, its accidental slip and fall, its own should bear the main responsibility.

　　In the end, the court found that Yu mou to Yin mou's losses bear 30% of the liability, that is, Yu mou need to compensate Yin mou more than 70.000 yuan.
